This can easily happen by bringing a different Army brand that never been in the Wollo-Shewa front. I think the army command chain along the Wollo-Shewa line needs to be replaced. Given where TPLF is at now, this a very opportune moment to once and for all defeat of TPLF. TPLF is an easy force to beat, but the ENDF's chain of command along this line has to be substantially replaced and changed.
