Law enforcement is not genocide. If anyone, be that person a member of Tigre or another linguistic group, suspected of supporting the genocidal Tigre-TPLF he/she should be taken to custody be the law enforcement agent. At the same time, community vigilante's have citizenry obligation to be watchful of threatful individual, report to security agents, to self-defense and be a police of their own neighborhood and community. The genocidal thugs could not play the blame game. They should be put under surveillance and removed them and their guns off the streets of major cities. Addis Ababa has to playa unique by taking down every TPLF by any means possible.
