What are the lessons from the current civil war in Ethiopia?

Ethiopia needs to continue as a country if possible. |If we are a country, we need to treat every one with equality in front of the law. Our problems is the political elites think in terms of the ethnicity getting more privileges. Ethnic federalism has driven the country into more ethnic consciousness. But little has been to address the ethnic inequality in economic and political terms. For example, Ethiopia has one international airport, which makes travelling to the regions difficult because every one has to fly through addis abeba or Fin finne. Having more international airports saves time for the travelers and is good for the economy and cultural development of the regions, whic have access to international towns and cities by travelling via an airport close to them.
The other problem is despotism, specially in TPLF. Only groups from one district dominate politics and economy. We need also to fight Amara hegemony in the regions. the local population should be empowered and Amaras repatriated to where they came from.
