Obsanjo is welcome to Tigray and Ethiopia. We Tigrayans like Nigerians because one of our tribe is from Nigeria. I hope Mr. Obsanjo visited Aksum, home to The Aksumite Kingdom, one of the greatest achievements of all Black Africans. The Aksumite Kingdom ruled Southern Arabia and Yemen until 7th century after Christ Era.
