We brought ourselves to such a level, we are a generation of such embarassement. Nothing can be more dehumanizing and depressing.
This son of a b*tch!

"The son of a b*tch" was sold by Meles's relative success as a leader from the beginning to end. He can't realize/accept Meles was a lone wolf in TPLF; the rest were duds; if anything the folks that established p2 are more or less the continuation of what is left of "Meles's legacy".
Ethnic nationalism has made Ethiopia unlivable for "Human beings".
The following is a good discussion on the crimes of TPLF gangs & Assoc. committed on the larger public of Ethiopia. That's the system Alex wants to preserve in Tigrai because he cares less for them or the rest of us.
It's about time Alex accept TPLF committed crimes on both Eritrea and Ethiopian people. It's TPLF who needs to repent.
So, if there is going to be a confederation it's going to be with these countries and others in the horn.

Dawi,
I think to have come across the video, opened it and somehow thought sort of a one-sided narrative and didn't have time to stay on and listen to about what the guest is saying.
I have said long time ago on this forum that the greatest wisdom in politics is the readiness for compromise, which I heard intially from a well respected leader of one of the biggest countries of this world.
If it is indeed so, then the next step is to recognize that you don't make compromise with yourself, but with your own opponent. A one sided story is not by any means near to show any sign of readiness for a compromise. It is always the dogma of my way or the high-way.
If you didn't yet realize where such stand brought us to by now, then I would safely conclude that there is no point to discuss with you at all, Dawi.
P2 could be a continuation but there was and is still a possibility to defeat the continuation on the market place of ideas. If you lacked idea, then the next best option is submitting to those with a better idea. The third and even more devastating choice is taking the route TPLF has taken right now and face the consequences our country is in right now.
We have the choice to make our country "liveable for human beings", the choice is ours, the route to there is also as clear as anything could be.
Failing to make one's own cause and defending it in a civilized manner will only end like it ended for the likes of TPLFites and on a lesser level for the likes of Jawar Mohammed and Eskinder Nega.
My view is that we have a better option of overcoming P2 or anybody else in a more civilied way. Is that not clear enough?

Only a fool Tigrean elite beneficiary plus their puppets talk like this; no Ethiopian feels this way. Damn you! Get the [deleted] out of here!
We condemned Isaias/Eritrea when they declared independence and left us but, they learned to live in a united Eritrea and now we can see them eye to eye; their mentality is compatible with Ethiopians; we can live & share with them. That means more than anything else in the world.
TPLF kept their narrow "ethnic federation" with apartheid like mentality to their point of collapse.
They vowed to destroy the country because they can't rule it anymore. Who does that? Idiots!

Only a fool blah, blah, blah.!
You didn't like federation? Now you'll get confederation. If you don't like that, you will get the Commonwealth of independent states. That's the only direction available. No chance of Singapoor style totalitarianism.
Deal with it, moron.
