Blinken calls for ceasefire as Ethiopia conflict threatens Horn of Africa

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken reiterated his calls for an unconditional ceasefire as a conflict between the Ethiopian government and Tigrayan-led forces rages on. He said the U.S. is concerned the conflict will spill over into the Horn of Africa.

TPLF did not kill Somalis or Oromos. TPLF empowered Somalis, Oromos and other ethnic groups. But still I do not support TPLF because it gave Somalis and Oromos land that was never under them. somali Ethiopians are in Ogaden only as Oromos are in Arussi. TPLF did this to weaken Amhara. Ethnic Federalism which TPLF follows has created a weak Ethiopia where The Oromos and Somalis are going to dominate Ethiopian politics or secede from Ethiopia. TPLF needs to change it's policy on Ethnic Federalism. There should not be ethnic regions. Rights of ethnic groups can be protected by enforcing a law in all Ethiopia. The self-proclaimed patriots are bandas, who are forcing Tigray to secede to save their power. These are groups working for Eritrean interests and are instructed by Issayas. TPLF and allied forces should remove Issayas from power and give back Ethiopia it's own ports. Further on Sudan should leave from Ethiopian sovereign land. If these issues are not addressed, the war will continue and TPLF will be removed.If TPLF continues it's old policy of dividing and weakening Ethiopia on ethnic and religious lines, it will be destroyed by the wrath of the Ethiopian people. TPLF purposely empowers Muslims against Christians in Tigray and rest of Ethiopia.

The ONLY reason Blinken is in Kenya talking about Peace in Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa is to Save The Terrorist Organization TPLF-TDF that set out to destroy Peace and Cooperation in the Region from the very beginning.

If this person Blinken cared for Peace in the Region, it would be prudent on him to cease and decease his relations from the Terrorist TPLF that had been war mongering for the last 3 years and acted upon to destroy Ethiopia and the Region on Nov. 4, 2020.

I bet if the Terrorist TPLF invasion of Amhara, Afar, Wollo regions... was going according to Blinken's Wishes and Plans, his speech would be different.

You can sense the lack of conviction, and truth about Peace that he is trying to sell from his demeanor.

It is a leap service to save the Terrorist TPLF-TDF.

The Oromos and Somalis are going to dominate Ethiopian politics or secede from Ethiopia.

You got that right, About 85 percent of Ethiopia landmass belongs exclusively to Somalis and Oromos, Therefore, Somalis and Oromos will and should be the dominant force in Ethiopian politics and economics.
