ER Hate threads decreasing following ban of govt backed outlets like zenatube, zehabesha, yeneta, adebabay and minelik

This is good news but it may not be sustainable solution to problems with roots in government affiliated outlets. They may or already be resurrecting and many others remain active. It’s shocking ESAT is still operating after it’s lead talking head called for internment camps in the 21st century.
Major offenders Tarik and Horus seem to be in drought season as the government backed outlets are restricted due to fueling the civil war and attacks against civilians. I see this is even reflected on the ground as many are no longer hypnotized by incessant hate messages. This could mean saved lives due to less attacks and counterattacks triggered by hateful reporting.
I think freedom of expression has to consider the time we live in and the unique challenges of anyone being able to post or broadcast regardless of ramifications to society. The law applicable to big news organizations has to start applying to individuals. All these precautions should not interfere with the right for free expression of ideas.
I believe researches need to be done in how to balance rights and responsibilities of individuals,
