መከላከያ በትግራይ የምትገኘው መሆኒ ከተማ ተቆጣጠረ::ወደ ማጥቃት የመግባትውሳኔ ይሆን? The major weakness of ENDF so far has been its failure to launch offensive action. The TPLF's took advantage of the ENDF's defense only strategy. ENDF has been planted like an old tree in one place waiting for TPLF's to walk over them while TPLF either make frequent trails of attack or just ignore by taking an alternate route to get around the immobile ENDF. The ENDF's style has been a liability for the raging forces of Fano and Afar. Now, if this take over of Mehoni in Tigray is triggering more offensive action to take over more cities including Mekelle, that will be an effective stop on TPLF.
