Abie should concede defeat and yield power to a transitional government which could easily be formed without him. He can seek asylum in the UAE and uncle sam will help him on that as he helped mengistu hailemariam in 1991.
Ironically, the bloody ex-dictator mengistu is advising the would-be dictator aka 7th king to concede defeat and admit that the war is over for him and if he loves ethiopia, he should get the hell out of it NOW.
