Could Tigray recapture Badme without Ethiopian help?

Personally I don't think so and therefore I believe Tigray will not declare itself separate from the rest of Ethiopia. However since there's zero chance a Tigrayan would replace Abiy as the ruler of the whole country it's very difficult to see Ethiopia go and fight Eritrea on Tigray's behest in order to recapture disputed territory such as Badme. Why would an Oromo nationalist give a damn about the Ethiopian Eritrean border?

They should try, such a fertile land taken by Shaebia is not something to let sleep at night.

Are you nuts?
Badime is a disputed territory?
Didn't Eritrea drag you to the international court of law and forced you to swallow the truth?
But as stupid and lawless terrorists as you are you sat there for 2 decades against what you in advnce pledged to abide and had you accepted and vacated from the legal Eritrean territories, you wouldn't be in the deep sh*it you are in as we speak.
Badime is a concluded subject. Worry about Welkait, Humera and the rest of the Amhara territories you stole and returned to their right owners and stop poking Eritrea

for your sake.
Resah, funfun aliet agame.

Try to take badme? Eritrean army took 17 days to take mekelle and that was only with 2-3 brigades. You still think of bademe and you can;t even regain 50% of tigray you lost to the Amhara. Hahaha Tigrayans will be a city state like Harar in 5 years time once the Amhara/Afar/Oromo take over and populate the rest of tigray and send tigrayans to europe to fill the factory/taxi/cleaning shortages there.

Big break, the so called Somali Lander,
You exposed yourself long time ago.

BTW, Badme was ruled Eritrean by the international court long ago. Why would the Tigrayans go through that mess again ? Their ego is already deflated. Their benefactors would turn on them. This time around, the security council is not their friend. As you notice, they are not even talking about Badme. They rather forget that blunder. Moreover, the people of Tigray do not need long term problems.

When it comes to Badme and Eritrean integrity over all, there is no pro or against the government of Eritrea. Eritrea is one

As crazy and hate-filled as they [TPLF] are, I doubt they'd test the strong Eritrean defense forces. UNLESS, they somehow, someway, get help from some strong country who wants to replace Eritrea's government with a puppet regime, to control Eritrea's strategic position in the world.
But, even then, they'd be fighting the entire Eritrea. So, my guess is that, the tdf/tplf, will stick with *trying* to remove abiy, or something similar to that, since they know a tigray surrounded by enemies on all sides is not sustainable, but if they have an ally in finfinne/addis or someone who is neutral [OLF/OLA], then that'd be a bit easier for them.
