Where are the spokes person for Ethiopia around the world?

Ethiopians are being attacked and targeted by Western through their conference and UN and yet I don't see anyone representing Ethiopia except the ambassadors. It requires more than ambasadors. Even on international media, they are no where they have no energy to debate for Ethiopia. Pay and appoint friend's of Ethiopia foreigners such as Pierce or even Hermela Aregawi, etc.
The government should have controlled Adwa just like it did Mekele. Why not? The main Tplf root is Adwa so why didn't the government control it but allowed Eritrea to control it after all Adwa is territory of Ethiopia. Adwa has pro Eritrean blood, is Tplf #2 being created?
