hahahaha are these military strategists? I mean wherever there is enemy, there is war. Have you seen cities in Syria? Are there different parameters of the game, one set for Africans and another for others? No, there is fierce fighting in Dessie. And I believe we are entering in a new protracted war. Forget Abiy Ahmed, he is not TPLF's enemy and TPLF is not his enemy. We all know who TPLF is enemy with. Peace is out of reach until TPLF leaves all Amhara territories. The firing conversation is everywhere , rural, urban, there is no choice of place and time.

Wars should never be fought in cities for the civilians sake. If any army loses a fight outside a city, they should not enter the city to use the civilians as human shield. When ENDF controlled Tigrayan cities in November 2020, the Tigrayan army left the cities hours , sometimes days before ENDF entered the cities. I heard Abraha Desta complain in the first meeting with religious leaders from Addis that ENDF bombed some areas of Mekelle although the Tigrayan army had left the city a day before ENDF entered the city.

The trend in Kombolcha, Bati and Kemise (and probably Dessie as well) is that the war is the affair of the military professionals only. The civilians continue to live their lives as normal. Nobody is leaving their houses. I think Addis Ababa will be the same.

TPLF is simply there to asking the white poor to pay white honey as a tribute. People don't want to see eye to eye with TPLF. Now, I can surely say TPLF is in a deep snare. Stuck in the middle of no where.
