This is merely phycological warfare but given dr Abiye is newbie, he is probably fa@£ting on his pants and feels helpless not knowing what to do next. First of all the purpose of these threat is not about human right or any thing else but to force the federal government to have a negotiation settlement with the leeches and from Eritrean experience, recreating life is much easier than getting into discussion with the leeches and coming to a settlement . Mainly because the leeches don't know what do they want? you will just end up me having discussion with the snowflake hardliner and chase your tail to eternity.
