The TPLF cheap propaganda of emphasizing it is strategic is a tactical propaganda and a bogus to trick and discourage Ethiopians. There are more strategic places than Dessie the Ethiopian force can smoke them out. All Amhara people and other Ethiopians, you are the winner tighten your belts and smoke them out, there are many divergent fronts to decimate TPLF and its allies. Here is one note to the sleepy Amhara regional government and ENDF, deploy and [deleted] as much military's arsenal as possible to Bahir Dar, drones, fighter jets, heavy artilleries as much quantity and sophistication level as in Addis Ababa and Debre zeit- don't put your eggs in one basket. Review your army profile, at least for the time being the Amhara Fano army and special force should be semi-autonomous from ENDF. If you want to taste victory you should arm Amhara forces to the teeth.
