Using satellite maps, Amhara Region is 97% Free only 3% of Amhara is occupied by Weraris, that is because Weraris are depandant on Road-based community occupation. 
50,000 Chigrains Soldiers have died to occupy 100% of Amhara but only ended with 3% which is temporal by the way.
