Suspension of incoming and outgoing flights from Khartoum Airport
The Director-General of the Civil Aviation Authority in Sudan said, on Wednesday night, that it was decided to suspend all incoming and outgoing flights from Khartoum International Airport from Tuesday until early Saturday morning.
Ibrahim Adlan told Reuters that the decision was taken due to the conditions the country is going through, adding that the airport will reopen at two o'clock on Saturday morning local time (midnight GMT).
He added that the Sudanese airspace will remain open to transit flights.
