This is where our civilian leadership weakiness, TDF should work with OLA and as you suggested they can cut off and let them feel it too. They should not sleep peacefully while harming others. TDF should tell OLA to cut off power and water to Finfine until the residents revolt and remove the killers living with the people of Finfine.

Is that supposedly a cry for help ?. Why you need to cut off water and electric ,after all, you will be there in a week to take over Addis Ababa.. Or the plan changed that you have to do a touch down in Mekele before you head to Addis in earnest .
