OLA should cut water to Finfine and both TDF and OLA should cut all roads to Finfine ASAP

The fascists cannot live in peace in Finfine, make him very uncomfortable and let the residents outs him if everything is cut off from the rest of the country. TDF must expedite to cut the Djibouti road and OLA must cut water resources to Finfine. Tell the people either oust the fascist to get water or die due to lack of water.
