It is pure lie and excuse to destroy civilians' infrastructure. Remember, destroying such infrastructure is a war crime that will bring you nothing but condemnation and ICC. Don't follow Mamo Killo. He is facing ICC and whatever he is doing is out of desperation and hopelessness.
