He's absolutely right and there's nothing to laugh at, because devastation of high winds and flooding during Hurricane season make emergency care, hospitalization, ICU beds, laboratories, and quarantine & isolation centers more critical. Therefore, it's wise to get vaccinated now as vaccines are about 98% effective at preventing people from being hospitalised with COVID-19.
