This is @AbdikerM. Regional Director for East & HOA at @UNmigration. He is allegedly the one that finally put Maureen A. Achieng on "administrative leave". Reports suggest, he has personal ties wwith @RAbdiAnalyst of Sahan Research & @Sahan_NGO itself- who are reputed to engage in a full scale disinformation campaign against Ethiopia!
