The Guragie man has a Phd in Economics. Give him a position where he can help the country at best.

Abiy already said Birhanu has no work experience in economics. His experience is in teaching both in Ethiopia and the US. That is why he got ministry of education. His preference was ministry of finance, but Abiy rejected his request.
