ኢንጂነር ስለሺ በካቢኔቱ ውስጥ አለመካተታቸው ስህተት ይሆንን?

I find the new cabinet lacking. I am not sure some of the people named in the list deserve to be in the cabinet at all and/or are given the appropriate portfolio given their experience and academic background.
