you are correct. in ethiopia defense minister has no power other than coordinating logistics.
the power is with the chief of staff and his deputy who are directly under the prime minister and not under defense minister.
defense ministers have no say in a war and can't order the chief of staff.

The definition of insanity is: Doing the same thing over and over trying to get a different results. This is what abiy did today. He put in a shifta tplf spy inside the defense ministry and so on the movie continues. Guys keep believing your own lies that abraham the spy position is minimum, but the reality is eritrea must be ready with a new spy of shifta tplf inside the ethiopian defense ministry. The Defense Minister has NO actual power in Ethiopia, it like their President. Plus, one Agame can’t make the big decision for the entire country even if he had power; those times are gone forever.
