Uganda, south sudan, somalia, djbouti, senegal, presidents were all present and gave speeches at the inaugurations, but i watched all the live events and the only president missing was president of eritrea isias afewerki, So many questions, why he didn't come? did abiy not invite him? or did isias afewerki did not want to come? is ethiopia, eritrea relations at a cross roads? what is going on?
