We strongly condemn Ethiopia’s decision to expel seven @UN officials whose work is critical to humanitarian relief. The United States calls for this decision to be reversed and will not hesitate to respond decisively.

This is a vague statement. What does “ respond decisively” mean ? He was thinking to put on airplane the seven UN guys and send them back to Addis ? Or he is trying to say further economic sanction is on its way ?
My Harvard educated, politically inept secretary should have known the Ethiopian government thought through the impact the decision will entail, and determined to face it.
It is a new world order, my friend.
