I think Abiy Ahmed's procrastination as far as giving key official positions outside of Oromo will cost him. As we hear much of the government especially of security and defense system are crowded with OLF-PP, an exact copy from its predecessor TPLF. The domination of Addis Ababa by ethnic thugs is very dangerous for the stability of the country. It is unhealthy for Addis Ababa to be dominated by Oromuma forces - it will backfire upon PP itself. Addis Ababa police system has to be free from occupation of ethnic federal system mind and Addis Ababa has to be a separate and independent federal entity.
