USA has been bullying the united nations since it's inception, When will un stand up against usa?

I know that the united nations was created by france, uk, usa, and later russia, china, but for 75 years now usa have been bullying this organization, enough is enough united nations should help the whole world not only usa and israel. United nations should not be a tool of usa.
