The following are the three destabilizing forces in the Horn of Africa:
- Egypt due to water
- Amhara hardliners hegemony
- Lack of democracy
The following actions are required to bring strategic stability to Ethiopia/ Horn of Africa:
- An alliance has to be established with Oromia, Tigray , Somalia etc., to counter the Amhara hardliners and to
transform the Ethiopia/ Horn Africa to confederated democratic states.
-Agree with Egypt a win-win water share agreement and water sale/ purchase commercial agreement
