How to create a stable Ethiopia/Horn of Africa

The following are the three destabilizing forces in the Horn of Africa:
- Egypt due to water
- Amhara hardliners hegemony
- Lack of democracy
To stabilize Ethiopia/The Horn of Africa an alliance has to be establish with Oromia, Tigray , Somalia etc., To counter the Amhara hardliners
- Transform the Ethiopia/ Horn Africa to confederated democratic states
- Agree with Egypt a win-win water share agreement and water sale/ purchase commercial agreement
- Egypt due to water
