But instead TPLF has been defeated and has out runned Amhara forces out of Debre tabor back into areas where Amhara army is not located. Wollo is probably as militarized as Gambela. When it comes to Wollo very few were fighting or joining the military. Why is why agames had it so easy crossing into unarmed Wollo not even Abiy would give weapons to the locals and militias
