- Amhara militias withdraw
- Return of TPLF inside Tigray borders prior to conflict

Talks

- forming new Gov
- restore of telecom, power and humanitarian access to Tigray
- accountabilities of known human rights abusers on both sides






Three things will be impossible

- Amharanization of Tigray including occupation of western Tigray

- Eritrean occupations

- TPLF returning to power

This is good out come for the Horn.

Wrong prediction!

TPLF will disappear from the face of the earth before end of 2021 or in the first quater of 2022. If TPLF's recent reckless military engagement is anything to go by, they are in their last legs. They cannot sustain the situation they are in for so long. The only route that connects them to the outside world to replenish their suppies is firmy blocked. They are dying a slow death.
