No Oromo is willing to fight for Debresion or TPLF. No need to lie or exaggerate. But, some of us do indeed support forming strategic alliances with Tigrayans. Alliances change, but interests remain, adelem ende?
Yesterday's enemies can be tomorrow's allies. Such is the game of politics my friend. Same way TPLF and EPLF fought side by side against Derg, ELF in Eritrea and other foes, and now they're enemies. The same way that the puppet parties that the TPLF made, OPDO and ANDM, were allies of the TPLF and were helping them subjugate their own people (Oromos and Amharas), are now enemies of their former mentors the TPLF.

As Jaal Marro said, if they attempt to do what they did before, then Ethiopia will be in serious trouble. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on us/me. Adelem ende? This time the Oromo liberation movement must be so strong that the Tigrayan forces or any forced allied to us, would not even have dreams of betraying us.

Debresion knows it was the strong arm of Eritrea that did most of the fighting because the ENDF is being restructured... Due to it being dominated by Tigrayans for decades... And when the war broke out, Abiy had the Tigrayan generals and colonels imprisoned because he couldn't risk them defecting to the side of Tigray.
Meanwhile the Eritrean army, of course, not having this problems, remained strong, alert and ready to move in against their traditional foes the TPLF.

If it's within Oromo interest including keeping Amhara busy and surrounded, Oromo shouldn't rule out assisting the northern command.

The point is it has to come from you and suit you.

1. Tigryan generals were not imprisoned but were told to stay under protection and cared for nicely for fear of public revenge due to the barbaric attack against the innocent sons and daughters of Ethiopians (ENDF) as the red line got crossed and emotions started to rise very high, indeed.

2. Tplf used to be a traditional ally of Eritrea who became very rogue and intermediate and ongoing modern enemy of Eritrea. And of course Eritrea was invited to Tigray by the tplf itself through the tplf's speedy language of invitation sent through the missiles shooting against Eritrean cities. It is an invitation that can not be refused or ignored.

3. Debretsion is Eritrean born, as a result of which his heart secretly always moans and cries for his birth country, Mamma Eritrea, while practical realities on the ground keep him light years away even though he is so near to the so dear never to meet again unless he unconditionally accepts Dr. Abiy's innovative genius peace deal and embrace Mamma Ethiopia and Mamma Eritrea together with both strong heads of states so as to have a new experience and a new life before death.

I have never heard any rational and serious Amhara saying that they want to annex Tigray.
Even if some feel so privately it is because tplf propaganda and actions are so vulgar, loud and earth shaking as if they own multiple atomic bombs with which they can fight Ethiopians, Eritreans, Africans and the whole world and defeat them all with out any question. And the missiles which the tplf made to rain on the Amhara and Eritrean cities while threatening to do even more on Finfinne city. So, no wonder if critically threatened and targeted people feel very unsafe and think of cleaning and controlling the source of such repeat threats and insecurities.
