The latest NY Times piece pointed out how Ethiopians' angry response to S. Power's comments, made the USA change its tone to appease the people. Too late, though. The US has lost Ethiopia, its moral high ground, reputation & trust. Thanks to Biden- the disaster- & his brains: Susan Rice.
