The only way ethiopian, amhara forces can stop shifta tplf is by occupying meqelle again.
There is no other option at this point. Occupy meqelle and slowly occupy shire and temben later on, that way you can split and stretch the shifta forces into so many fronts and that's how you weaken them and defeat them.
