Abiy saying እጅ በአፍ የሚያስጭን is like giving TDF the headsup. The man practically gave two weeks for TPLF to plan a counter strategy. I don't even know how the military leaders are letting him get a way such level of war mismanagement.

I agree. Abiy was so eager to prove to the Ethiopian people that he wasnt defeated out of mekelle, he gave away the master plan for a surprise attack,and TDF was waiting, specially in the eastern front (RIP the Republican guard). Abiy diagnosed the Ethiopian people correctly with ሜሞሪ ሾርቴጅ but he became nervous that they might remember the mekelle defete, and mightn’t take him seriously. So what did he do? Declare the አፍ በእጅ የሚያስጭን on National TV
