The pointless toothless sanctions on General Filipos is just drama from the high school mean girl mentality in Susan Rice and Samantha Power. They are immature people so they assigned them to Africa issues. They are irrelevant. Just a “snap back” because they were”dissed” by Abiy and they “blame” Eritrea for telling him to “diss” them.
