Ethiopia and Somalia's Army Chiefs meet

General Birhanu Jula met with his Somali counterpart, Brigadier General Odowa Yusuf Rage.
Rage is very young but top brigadier General
Maybe Ethiopia will send army to Somalia to train with them under the Turks in Turksom base. Somalia quickly developed good army even though still small in numbers.
Ethiopia needs proper training since TPLF only trained their own people and rest were just extras for the movie set.
Turksom is the largest Turkish base on foreign soil.
Maybe the Turkish-Ethio deals include training and Somalia has the facility.
Somalis are trained both at home and in Turkey in different conditions including snow
The two have most likely discussed these co-operation and possibly AMISOM
