This is beyond any rational individual's ability to behave inhumanely towards mentally ill people who have been accused of spying; clearly, you can tell by the crowd's behavior that the rule of law has been lost in Ethiopia.

I am fully aware of what the twisted agame heart can do, and I am very sure they are spreading everywhere disguise as a bagger and mentally deranged but people have to be extra conscious to filter them out without using violence before knowing who they have in hand. You can tell even the people who try to talk to him have no idea whether he speaks Amharic or Tigrinya, and he looks exhausted and dehydrated. stop torturing people before knowing who really they are!!!!
