TPLF=TDF should not decide where the war should be conducted. The Ethiopian Forces must decide the places where decisive victory bring fast.
TPLF=TDF will definitely sneak into villages and small towns; and kill and take innocent civilians as prisoners and destroy properties. This is not a setback, but expected sacrifices that need to be paid with this kind enemy.
To minimize the damages and civilian death; Arm Civilian Dwellers in the villages quickly to defend themselves. And they can do miracles since they know the terrain of their surroundings very well.
The Ethiopian Forces in coordination with the Amhara Special forces should hit the enemy straight at the heart - Mekelle, Aksum, Adwa, Adigrat... and bombard the terrains of Qola Tembien and other hideouts of the leadership fast and ALL OUT WAR - Shock and Awe.
Do not give time for the enemy to breath.
Once the TPLF leaderships (may be 25 of them) are killed, it is guaranteed that TPLF and the War will automatically die off.
