Taliban is an actual government like say, EPRDF; the terrorists in Afgan that compare to TPLF are known as Al-Qaeda.

The US government have been talking to Taliban using Carrots and Sticks already for years and there is nothing new that they will keep talking to them still when they are now in power, strong and rocking. And the single top hot topic is about China and that Taliban should avoid any relationship with China while the US promises the usual flow of shipping constant plane and track load mountains of money just like before in order to keep away the enterprising entrepreneurial fast paced Chinese. Taliban will never accept the idea of putting all of its eggs in a single US basket.Okay? Okay!!
