Unlike one of the agames above claiming that PMAA abiy heading to Asmara then to Ankara while a high USA official visit to Addis is Abiy's hide and seek game, I say it is a very brilliant diplomatic maneuver.
Abiy is the leader of a country. And even if he was in Addis at the time of Filthyman visit, doesn't have to see him
Let Biden have the balls, dignity and honor to see PMAA or PIA.
