The location you pinpointed to was Berehet Woreda in Amhara region of the menjar habasha people.

General Seyoum Belay Akele is no amhara. no amhara questions eritrea serawit involvement simply because eritrea has built a military for 60 years. that could help against a terrorist group. he also doesn't have the typical phenotype of the people of the awraja + this dude never rarely visited amhara region.
