What is the point of expanding Hidase Hydrodam for another 2 years? Hidase has enough electricity call it complete and let’s make a deal with the Egyptians. Also I didn’t forget how PMAA sold the people of Wollo Amhara to the juntas. Thus we shall negotiate with Egyptians. Ethiopia is already disenfranchised and colonized.
