3. If USA want to send aid to Tigray, US must work with Government of Ethiopia and through the Government of Ethiopia.
4. As for American call for negotiations, conversations, reconciliations - Ethiopia already has a Fame Work and a Process. Elections are processed. The winning party PP has called for a Unity Government whereby all those election participant parties will have representation according to each party's popular votes.
5. There will be no transitional, interim or any other Regime Change western Trojan horse government in Ethiopia!
In essence, these will be what he is going to get!! And, he knows this fact!
Why is he coming to Addis, if he does?
Simple, he want to measure the Ethiopian Temperature!! Ethiopians are in American fatigue! They are at the edge of severing their relations with US and the US at the great risk of losing Ethiopia and the Horn.
My deep feeling is that US is retreating back into Addis based policy and slowly gracefully getting away from TPLF.
I am sure Abiy senses this and will soften up the encounter via soft words and Muferiyat like soothing !!!!
After all, Karen Bass is coming to Addis in 1 month. He doesn't want to spoil that. We need black voice in the US!

Clearly poor Feltman is pushing a mountain. AU has signaled clear message to the US as I always have been saying if US touches Ethiopia, USA will be out of Africa. The logical path for US is to quickly normalize wih Ethiopia and cut out the childish Blinkenian bullying!

The classified stance of AU is already released. This is even more powerful. It is already printed in the minds of all. It is engraved, no amount of recall deletes it. Now, AU designated TPLF officially a terrorist Organization. And no country has the moral quality to ask for reconciliation with a notorious terrorist in the African continent. I am wowed by AU stand, it proved its firm support to Ethiopia.
