Tigray and Oromo should keep Ethiopia united forging it to be a democratic unitary state with administrative federalism

Ethnic federalism is dangerous because people tend to go their way and will secede if they get support from a foreign power.We need to unite on the basis of equality and mutual respect. The options of secession or the formation of regional states becoming countries should be a second choice.
I can imagine an Ethiopia united with smaller provinces. Some of the villages could go to this or that ethnic group. This is not important as long as the constitution treats every ethnic group without discrimination. We cannot disadvantage this or that ethnic group as every ethnic group is our their rights as human beings. The likes of Franco or Adolf Hitler or Mussolini have no place in Ethiopia.
We need a democratic unitary state to replace the ethnic federalism. The Tigray-Oromo-Agew and other elites can help form a unitary democratic state that will take care of Ethiopians for the next hundred years.
