This needs to be documented. It will help when tplf rats are captured and facing a criminal court.

Good to admit the killing of innocent children, but Unicef failed to name who the perpetrators (TPLF=TDF) of this heinous crimes are.
TPLF is the most ruthless terrorist group that commit the killing of Innocent Children, Innocent Civilians, and that sends underage children to wars by force.
The Terrorist Group TPLF=TDF must be annihilated !!
