We need to build more Child Care Centers to house the captured TPLF child soldiers.

Hopefully WFP and UNICEF will be as much caring when the child soldiers are turned to POWs. It must be a reality only in the land of TPLF that a rebel group fights to dominate others while all of its needs are supplied by the world community. Interesting time!
