Tigray must learn from the last 27 years mistakes done to Tigray to benefit Amhara to invade us now and do below in order never to happen again:

2. No Federal army moving forward, every ethnic small or large demography should set up their own internal armies to protect themselves by their own budget allocated from federal. The size of armies is limitless so long they want to spend their resources for army.

3. All ethnics throughout the fraud empire can set up a Kilil and no other Kilil has the power to tell any ethnic what to do.

4. Any boundary should be resolved by the respected adjacent ethnics, no other ethnic interfere unless that ethnic is part of the territorial dispute.

5. Any ethnic voluntarily can join with another ethnic to form a new Kilil, it is up to the respective Kilils agreement to do so and no federal has the power or mandate to tell any ethnic what to do and with whom they should join and or not join.

6. Federal government shall remain an umbrella or swap meet each ethnic to go and do business with other ethnics and the federal government primarily duties shall be to collect taxes and disburse back to the Kilils until then.

7. Every ethnic has the right to negotiate with foreign countries about anything and everything what each ethnic needs to do with foreign entities.

8. Every ethnic should have the right direct flight with any country and landing and dispatching directly from/to their Kilils.

9. All airlines must be distributed to each Kilil and they can operate from their own Kilil and managements and all federal properties shall be divided among all Kilils.

10. No federal resources nor man power like armies used by any Kilil of ethnic against other ethnics, if war breaks between or among ethnics or dispute the parties are responsible to their own actions and decision making either to make peace and resolve their own problems or go to war and they must finance their own war with their own armies, no other or federal shall involve in their dispute.

The first few things Tigray must do is divide all federal properties among all ethnics like the airlines and let each ethnic manage them, divide the ships and let each ethnic use their own ships to import and export goods. Dismantle federal armies immediately, education must be free from the federal, electric power must be independent from the federal and let kilils regulate them. Tigray must demand ethnics participated in the war against Tigray to pay all the lost properties in Tigray and compensation for the death of Tigayans by other ethnics of the country.
