We need to arrest those who raped women in Tigray. Some of the raped are Kunama, Irop,Afar, Eritrean refugees etc. Girls as young as 10 years were raped. This is a crime against humanity and the criminals should be arrested. We need to trace them from videos or pictures taken by some of the victims. The victims could show us who the criminals were.

We need to build a large correction centre to keep these criminals. This could be a labour camp, where the prisoner's clean streets or help in road construction. Some of them should be kept in prison for life. This is to teach Ethiopians raping women is a crime which will be punished by death or life-long imprisonment. By the way, labour camps are important source of cheap work force, specially for the construction of undergound tunnels and roads. Tigray needs to build a tube or underground rail way connecting major towns, specially the historical city of Aksum with Mekelle, the capital of Tigray. We could also connect Laibella with Mekelle as it will be part of Tigray or Agew .
